I would like to thank Derrick Goern for his professionalism, kindness and willingness to provide service for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I bought the vehicle in the Phoenix area and have moved north of Kingman, AZ. The car developed an oil cooler leak. The Chrysler/Jeep store in Kingman made it very difficult to get it worked on, pushing the repair date back several times. I called your dealership and talked to Derrick. Even though you were just as busy, he was willing for the repair shop to look at it. He also did an overall inspection of the car and found other items that needed to be addressed. He utilized my Mopar extended warranty on the oil cooler. Even though the items were rather expensive, I now have a car that is road worthy and running well. Thank you.

My last 2 service appointments for my wife's 4xe has been a much better experience than before. I'm Not saying that previous ones were bad but since Ray became my advisor, he has taken it to the next level. I didn't have to wait more than a couple of day for an appointment. He consistently provide me with updates. If I know what and when to expect, then I can better plan my and my wife's busy schedule. His diagnosis of what the problem might be is always on-point! He's one of the best, if not the best, in the service team.

the five star rating above is for the wonderful staff at Chapman however the original problem that the vehicle was in for was not fixed. The vehicle is a 2022 and from the time I purchased it the speed limits on the navigation have been incorrect on some of the roads and that was the reason for the visit. they did fix two recalls that were needed but the speed limits are still incorrrect i.e. if the speed limit is 35MPH the navigation shows 20MPH. this could cause a ticket if I had to depend on these limits because they also show 45 in a 35 zone. it appears the navigation needs to be updated or there is a glitch in the system. please advise

Could not find the pacifica I was looking for back home in Maui. Called over a dozen mainland dealers and Dwight and Antonio over at Chapman were the only dealers who went to work finding my car. Literally every other dealer just told me they didn't have what I was looking for and really wouldn't put any effort into helping me. Chapman went above and beyond to find me the exact vehicle I was looking for. They Arranged to have the vehicle brought in to their dealershipand even picked me and my family up from the hotel and brought us to the dealership. I was very happy with the service they provided and would recommend too give them a call if your in the market.

Chapman Chrysler Jeep is the only place I will do business with from here on out.. I recently had a problem with my vehicle and my new service advisor Melissa... I only use first names for family.. Melissa informed me the part needed was on backorder. When the part came in, we still had a little problem that I didn’t quite understand. She introduced me to a gentleman named Gus ,Gus is the service manager for Chapman Jeep. Gus is a very knowledgeable and extremely intelligent individual. we had a very nice long interesting conversation. And decided a trade-in might better suit my needs.. he was not trying to upsell me, he was generally trying to figure the best solution for me. I explained my situation to him and then a few minutes later a gentleman entered the office and I met with Ryan. Ryan is the general manager of Chapman. I Knew Ryan’s name by all the reviews I had read on Chapman beforehand. and was very impressed how he would answer each negative review as well as the positive ones .Ryan Gus and I Had a nice discussion, and I was assured we would find something that would fit my needs.. Ryan personally took charge and put me in contact with the right people..my other family members Nick The sales manager Alex the sales representative and Dominic the finance manager. I also had phone contact with Sergio . This team worked their magic and put together a very fair deal for me. I was able to pick up My vehicle the very next day! There’s a slight silly thing with it but I’m sure they’ll find it very humorous when I bring it back in after the first of the year and I know I won’t have to write a review and have it answered these people are professionals.. I Thank Not Only These Folks but all of the Personnel that I had contact with while I was there .From the receptionists who laughed at my jokes to all the people on the floor that made sure I had everything I needed(they do Have the Best and easiest beverage machine)..And the Many I haven’t met yet!
