Went in their service department for an aftermarket license plate holder. Rocko was able to show me several different options, ordered the one I wanted and contacted me when it arrived. Was able to schedule an appointment for the installation. Derek in service gave me a timeframe of which the install should be completed and absolutely on the nose. It was very good fast I made sure they knew I really needed it done as soon as they can finish my car because it’s the only car I have for my family and to get to work and back home and they finished it right when the parts came in very quick nice and done correctly.

Vince Thompson is the best Service Manager there is - bar none! He is always fair and exceeds my service expectations everytime. I have not been lucky enough to get a car rental/loaner for the past 3-4 service appointments. However, I am willing to find my own transportation knowing that my vehicle service will be overseen by Vince. Vince pro-actively keeps me updated, and he always follows through. I recently had my 2020 Jeep Gladiator in for battery issues. I had to have both changed out even though I had the main battery replaced less than a year ago. The service writer explained the test and how long it would take, I was advised that the service would take a god part of the day, I explained how I had some other appointments to get to in the day. The service writer was able to get my Jeep in and done in only a few hours. I appreciated that my time was valued, and that the service department did all they could to complete the service timely.

Ever be going down the street and everything goes out? Well i did, I called Chapman, they said they may have something open next week, LOL im in the intersection dead, Finally got it going took it to the dealer, WOW, so happy. Turned out to be the Aux. Battery, OK then the load test say both batteries, OMG the estimate was over 1000.00, Gotta do it. Elaine was great kept in contact, all said and done, 650.00 oh thank you, Happy as can be. Came in for a routine oil change. Was quoted 1.5 to 2 hours as there were several ahead of me. It was done in just over an hour. Cody is an excellent service rep, always friendly.

I was initially assisted by Lou Pelekai (a fellow Hawaiian) who quickly checked for the tires I needed replacing based on the last service. When I got there, he insured everything was set and my husky and I walked around and enjoyed the myriad of people that gave my husky a lot of attention. When the car was finished, Elaine Alumbaugh, texted me and finished up my order. She walked to the car and made sure everything was ready. You cannot ask for better service than that! Brought my car in to have the A/C checked out. They determined the motor went. Car is under extended warranty. They provided rides for me and fixed the car in a very reasonable (and promised) amount of time. Vince was great - handled everything in a timely manner and very courteous.

I took my car in for service. They found an issue that needed to be repaired. There are two types of “mechanics”. Usually you get a “parts changer”. But in my case they actually had a CRAFTSMAN! The shop foreman overseen the job and fixed it perfectly. It’s nice to go to a dealership that has more than parts changers. Good for Chapman.

I just wanted to tell you all how pleased I was with my positive experience during the servicing of my vehicle. The check in process was very smooth and I was greeted multiple times by staff including Service Manager Anthony and was assured someone would be with me shortly. Lou Pelekai was my assigned Service Advisor from start to finish he communicated with me every step of the way and ensured all of my questions were addressed. My service was related to the U90 Recall and involved 2 days to complete due to the involved process and parts replacement. Lou ensured that I had a ride home via Lyft and also ensured I had a return Lyft ride to pick up my vehicle. I really enjoyed the communication of the Chapman App keeping me informed of the progress on my vehicle. Lou also followed up with me multiple times with updates on progress. I am really impressed with the processes and procedures that Chapman has in place to enhance the customer experience. I was able to experience your lovely customer waiting area briefly and was very impressed with the cleanliness of your entire site service areas and waiting areas. This was my second vehicle purchase from Chapman in 5 years living in Vegas. Shae was the most personable salesperson I've ever worked with, and Haben was excellent explaining all the finance parts of the deal. (I also have to put a great word in for Melissa Lewis in the service department for helping me any time my car needed service!)
Problem was fixed with additional items needed. I trust Chapman Jeep. So had the additional requirements done also. Chapman always has what needs to be done regarding my Jeep. I trust Chapman totally.

Vince Thompson has treated us good the times we have been there, but no being able to duplicate the problem is frustrating for the customer. My 2020 Pacifica will not start at times and the brake get really stiff, then we have to wait 10 minutes to try again for it to start or start with the control. I am concerned that he brake booster that they tested and passed with no error codes is the problem, but them unable to duplicate is not their fault but frustrating for us to get stuck at times with the problem that the dealer cannot repair. I know everyone depends on computers nowadays, but the symptoms should be able to be diagnosed by a mechanic with his/her own brain and not always depend on a computer to tell him/her what to fix. Maybe I am incorrect, but I really feel that people need to think and figure this out regardless of what a computer is telling them.

I received a first class experience on my very first visit to this dealership. I initially went in for repair service to my vehicle and I came away with a much better yet newer model vehicle. I got my mojo back.
I needed an oil change and a recall repair. Chapman had actually reached out to me regarding another vehicle but were able to schedule me in for my Chrysler 300. When I dropped off my vehicle, Richard greeted me and got me taken care of ASAP. Richard explained that they would do what they could to address my concerns and verified the parts required for the recall were available in-stock (they were). I had a ride from my wife to go home, but requested to be picked up when my vehicle was ready. I dropped my vehicle off at 8 am, and was contacted approx. 2:30 pm that my vehicle was ready. A short text message and Richard scheduled a Lyft ride back to the dealer so I could grab my car. My car was returned to me clean and ready for the road ahead.
Richard was polite, helpful, and accommodating.
Our Service Manager went out of her way. I have used Chapman of Scottsdale for years now I am in Henderson. Always great experiences but this one was over the top. 10 Stars.

Despite my 2019 dodge caravan repair on the throttle surge was not corrected the first time, which I understand, I would like to give a thank you to chrysler management team. They understood my concerns and went out their way to repair my vehicle. They extended my car rental which was a life saver.
